Green Motion Refused My Car Rental Due To Findeks Report
I made a reservation, number 16CD47230B2F, for a one-week car rental from the Sabiha Gökçen Green Motion branch a month in advance. When I went to the airport to pick up the car for my annual leave, they refused to deliver it to me, claiming my Findeks report was negative. This happened around 6:00 PM on Friday evening, and I was left in a difficult situation at the airport. At that time, other companies were out of cars, which was a major inconvenience. I was then forced to rent the car from Avis for nearly twice the price. I believe Green Motion should have reviewed the Findeks report at the time of booking. If this check had been made in advance, I would have saved myself both time and money. Even though I was given a refund, I demand that the company compensate me for my inconvenience and take the necessary measures to prevent similar situations from happening again.
Calling me by phone does not solve the problem. What you told me when you called is 'every company has a different system.' I do not understand how checking a person's banking history can be a different system. As a customer, I think this is done to give the vehicle to someone else at different prices at that moment. Because everyone knows that there will be a twofold price difference between a reservation made a month ago and a reservation made instantly.
