Garena Free Fire Support Request to Restore Honor Score

I am a Free Fire player on the India server and I play through MSI App Player on my PC. A few minutes ago I was in a match where there was a clear hacker in the game. Because of this hacker my device started lagging heavily and I was suddenly kicked out of the match. After this, Garena reduced my honor score even though I did nothing wrong and was the victim of the situation. Because my honor score went down, I was not able to complete my task and I lost the chance to get the free bundle that was available. I kindly request a detailed inspection of this incident on my account and in that match, and I want my unfairly reduced honor score to be restored and my lost free bundle or its equivalent to be given back. I also expect stronger protection for honest players so that hackers cannot damage our honor score and game experience in this way again.
