Gotogate Misled Me on Flight Cancellation and Forced Me to Pay ₺12,000 Extra
I purchased my airline ticket through Gotogate, but the airline later canceled the flight due to operational reasons. No...rmally, in such cases, passengers are entitled to a free change or rebooking option. However, Gotogate never informed me of this right. Instead, they only offered me the option to
