I Can’t Cancel My GoStudent Membership and Get No Support After Payment

When I first signed up for GoStudent, everything seemed great—they were incredibly responsive and eager to help before I paid. But once the membership was confirmed and the payment was processed, it was like they vanished. We were completely unsatisfied with the lessons, but due to the contract commitment, we had to keep paying. Throughout this entire period, there was no communication, no follow-up, and no effort from their side to improve our experience.

They switched teachers once or twice and then completely dropped the ball. We didn’t even receive proper booking emails. Now I’ve received an email saying the membership will be renewed soon, yet the cancellation link in the email doesn’t even work.

The quality of the content is poor, and after they get your ₺, they’re gone. It’s extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I’m preparing to take legal action since my membership is still active and they’ve made it impossible to cancel. GoStudent needs to be held accountable for this lack of service and transparency. Fix this immediately.
