GoStudent Keeps Charging Me After Cancellation and Ignores All Contact Attempts

I canceled my GoStudent membership by properly filling out the cancellation form and completing all required steps. Despite this, they continue to withdraw money from my account without authorization. Even worse, they do not respond to any of my messages or inquiries.

I received a message saying, “We couldn’t reach you,” even though we clearly communicated during the cancellation process. I’ve asked them to provide proof of their claim, but they don’t even bother to reply. This behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

GoStudent, you have no right to continue charging my account after I have officially canceled my subscription. I demand an immediate refund of every unauthorized payment taken after cancellation.

If this issue is not resolved quickly, I will not hesitate to take legal action and expose the situation publicly. You must take responsibility and stop charging customers without consent.
