I Faced Constant Cancellations and No Support with GoStudent Private Lesson Service

Dear GoStudent,

I’m writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the private lesson service I purchased through your platform. When I first signed up, the promises made during registration seemed attractive and convincing. However, my experience after starting the service has been deeply frustrating.

Lesson times were frequently changed without notice, and there were multiple last-minute cancellations. This disrupted my son’s learning schedule and made planning nearly impossible. On top of that, whenever I reached out to customer service for help, I received little to no support.

I also encountered problems with payment transparency. Attempting to cancel the subscription or change the lesson package involved confusing processes and excessive delays, with minimal guidance from your team.

Because of these repeated issues, I am no longer satisfied with GoStudent’s services. I expect an immediate resolution, a more responsive support system, and a commitment to delivering the reliability you advertise. Please address this matter promptly and prioritize customer satisfaction going forward.
