GoStudent Charged Me for an Unwanted Renewal Without Notice—No Refund Offered

Last year, we signed up for a 9-month membership with GoStudent, which was supposed to end in late May. However, without informing us, they automatically renewed our subscription and have been charging our credit card for the past 6 months, even though we haven't taken a single lesson. Now, when I try to cancel, they say I can stop the renewal but must use the remaining 3 months—meaning I’d be paying ₺27,000 for just three months of lessons! When they need payment, they call three times a day, but when we need support, there’s no one to talk to. Their emails are automated responses, and they never follow up. I demand a full refund for the unauthorized charges—this is unacceptable! Avoid GoStudent!
