GoStudent Keeps Charging My Card Without Consent & No Support Available

I signed up for GoStudent, but the service has been disappointing. You cannot book the tutors you want at your preferred times, making scheduling incredibly frustrating.

The biggest issue is that even after the agreed-upon sessions are completed, GoStudent keeps charging my credit card. There is no clear membership cancellation process, and they do not issue invoices for these ongoing payments.

Before you sign up, their sales team constantly calls to convince you, but once you’re charged unfairly, there is no customer support to assist you. I had to cancel my credit card just to stop these unauthorized payments. This company needs to stop these shady billing practices immediately!
