I Face Ongoing Charges from GoStudent Even After Canceling My Membership

I started a membership with GoStudent for a 16-lesson package. After my commitment period ended, I requested to cancel my membership. Initially, they offered me the option to pause my account, but I refused and clearly stated that I wanted to cancel. Despite this, starting from July, payments have continued to be charged to my credit card on a regular basis. Even though I haven’t used any lessons, my balance keeps resetting, and the cancellation process has been extremely frustrating.

When I contacted GoStudent customer service, I was told that my membership was still active and that I needed to continue making payments. However, I had already submitted my cancellation request once my commitment ended. I now request that my membership be permanently canceled and that all recurring charges to my credit card be stopped immediately. I urgently ask for this issue to be resolved.
