GoStudent Tutor Missed Lessons Repeatedly – I Want to Cancel My Subscription

I purchased a 12-month subscription to GoStudent, expecting reliable tutoring. The only real expectation I had was that the tutor would show up on time for lessons. However, from the very first trial session, I encountered problems—the tutor never showed up, even though I was waiting on the screen for 20 minutes.

I made the mistake of trusting GoStudent and decided to continue with a different tutor. Unfortunately, this didn’t solve the issue. The new tutor was late multiple times, but I tried to be patient. However, this week, they did not show up at all. I messaged them, and they read my message but never responded.

I no longer want to be part of this unreliable service. My time is valuable, and GoStudent is wasting both my time and my money. I demand an immediate cancellation of my subscription! Has anyone else had trouble getting a refund from them? GoStudent, fix this now!
