GoStudent Keeps Changing Tutors, No Support & No Way to Cancel

I signed a 9-month agreement with GoStudent, expecting a stable and effective learning experience. However, in just a few months, our tutor changed twice, and for the past three months, we’ve seen no real progress. My child has lost interest and doesn’t want to attend lessons anymore.

When I tried to reach out for support, I discovered there’s no phone number to call—the only way to contact them is through messaging, which is completely ineffective. I requested a membership cancellation, but there has been no proper response.

This service is unreliable, lacks proper communication, and fails to provide the consistent tutoring experience they promise. GoStudent needs to allow easy cancellations for dissatisfied customers!
