GoStudent Keeps Charging Me Despite Cancellation and No Lessons for Months

I’m filing a serious complaint against GoStudent. I haven’t been able to take any lessons for months, and yet they continue to withdraw money from my account. I was told my membership would finally be canceled in March, but just today, another automatic payment was charged—again without my permission.

Every time I send an email to cancel, I’m told “it’s handled”, but nothing ever changes. This has been going on for far too long. They’ve taken thousands of lira, and I haven’t received a single lesson in return recently. How is this not fraud?

I demand that GoStudent immediately refund all unauthorized charges and stop billing me without consent. I feel completely trapped in this platform—there’s a way in, but apparently no way out.

This time, I’m not deleting my complaint until I get a proper resolution. Someone needs to take urgent action. I expect real answers, not empty reassurances.
