I’m extremely frustrated with GoStudent. Even though my membership term has already expired, they’ve continued to withdraw money from my credit card for the past two months without my consent. What’s worse is that I had clearly informed them—multiple times—that I did not want to continue after the initial one-year subscription.

Despite those clear communications, the unauthorized charges keep happening. I feel scammed. This kind of practice is not only unethical but also borders on illegal. If this issue isn’t resolved immediately and my payments refunded, I will take legal action without hesitation.

On top of that, my overall experience with GoStudent was far from productive. The service fell short of expectations, and I deeply regret ever signing up.

GoStudent, stop these unauthorized withdrawals now and return my money.
