Global Blue Paying Wrong Amount

I am writing regarding a tax-free refund processed through Global Blue for a purchase at Cartier in Paris. On 8 December, an amount of 949 euros was paid into my account; however, this is 119 euros less than the amount that should have been refunded. I have all the related documents and form details and can provide them as attachments to support my request. I kindly ask Global Blue to review this refund, correct the apparent shortfall, and pay the missing 119 euros to my account as soon as possible.
