Global Blue Charged My Card Without Justification Despite Completing Customs in Prague

I am absolutely frustrated with how Global Blue is handling my tax refund process. I recently received an email claiming that my documents were incomplete, and now they’ve gone ahead and charged my credit card. The issue is, they don’t even specify which documents they supposedly didn’t receive. How am I supposed to resolve the issue if they won't clarify what’s missing?
I completed all the necessary customs procedures in Prague without any problems. I submitted the required documents by placing them in the designated Global Blue drop box, just as instructed. I even paid the necessary customs fee in cash at the airport. So why is Global Blue now saying my documentation is lacking?
The documents they claim are “missing” should already be in their possession. Instead, I’m being unfairly held accountable and billed for something that’s not my fault. This is unacceptable. I demand a full explanation of the supposed missing documents and an immediate reversal of the charge made to my credit card. I expect Global Blue to take responsibility and resolve this issue immediately.
