I See My Global Blue Tax Refund as “Paid” But Haven’t Received Any Money Yet
Nearly a month ago, I completed the tax-free process for several purchases through Global Blue. According to their official website, my refund has already been processed and marked as “paid.” However, my bank insists that no such payment has been received. I’ve double-checked my account multiple times, and there is absolutely no sign of the refund.
What’s worse, trying to get in touch with Global Blue is nearly impossible. Their customer service is unresponsive both in writing and by phone. There’s no one to provide a clear answer, and I’m left feeling completely ignored.
This situation is unacceptable. I fulfilled all the necessary requirements, and yet my money is still missing. I demand that Global Blue follow up immediately and issue my refund properly. Please process the payment or provide verifiable proof that it was made. I expect a response without any further delay.
