I Still Haven’t Received My Global Blue Refund 4 Months After Belgium Purchase

Back in February, I made a purchase in Belgium and had my tax-free form stamped at the airport before returning home. When I arrived in Turkey, I was told that I also needed to submit the form at the Global Blue counter in Istanbul Airport. I personally handed over my form at the counter as instructed.
Since then, I’ve been checking the Global Blue app, and it confirms that my form was received. But despite four full months having passed, I still haven’t received my refund. No email, no message, no payment — nothing.
I find this completely unacceptable. I followed every instruction, submitted all required documents on time, and have been extremely patient. Global Blue needs to explain the reason behind this delay and issue my refund immediately. I’m tired of waiting and deserve a prompt resolution to this matter.
