Requesting Refund for Failed GetYourGuide Booking

On December 15, while attempting to purchase a tour in Baku through GetYourGuide, the system gave an error at the payment stage and my reservation was not created. Despite this, $89 was charged to my debit card. After the transaction, I received an email stating that the payment could not be processed, that a refund had been initiated, and that the amount would be returned to my account within 3–5 days. However, several days have passed and I have not received any refund.
Because of this issue, I am unable to reach GetYourGuide’s help center, as the support page continuously requires a reservation code. Since no reservation was ever created despite the charge, I do not have a reservation code to provide. In my bank transaction details, there is a reference similar to “0729599” associated with the GetYourGuide charge. I request a clear response regarding this transaction.
I demand that the $89 charged to my debit card by GetYourGuide be fully refunded to me as soon as possible, without requiring any additional action on my part.
