The one I picked is the GE oven, 1.6 cubic foot stainless steel one with 1000 watts of power, installing it was a pain, even though I paid extra for them to do it at purchase. Then there's the actual microwave itself. Those super convenient controls not so convenient. The whole thing keeps messing up, making it a struggle to even heat up a cup of coffee, they don’t take instruction somehow…the performance just doesn't match the price. Obviously, I paid a bunch for something fancy that actually kinda stinks, now I’ll have to go through the whole process of warrnty, they’ll say let’s repiar, I’ll say no excahnge…you know the story, you guys have a great reputation to uphold if you still care.
