Arçelik Refuses to Activate Warranty for My New MD 201 G Microwave Oven
The Arçelik MD 201 G model microwave oven was given to me as a gift. I called customer service to activate its warranty. At first, I was told that an invoice could be issued and a request for the invoice was submitted. Then I was informed that a service team would be sent for the product installation, but later I was told that there was no need for the service to come. I never received consistent or accurate information. Afterwards, I was called again and this time I was told that an invoice could not be issued. For three days now, I have been receiving different information throughout this process and cannot find a solution. It seems Arçelik has reached a point where it cannot even handle a simple warranty case. The product is brand new, boxed, has a barcode, and comes with a warranty. Yet, no one provides proper information or does their job properly. My only request is that the warranty for my gifted product be activated as soon as possible.
