Disappointing Air Fryer Feature Of GE Double Electric Oven, Can You Fix?

I bought this double electric oven in stainless steel (the one that doesn't show fingerprints…) for $1,799.00. I was really excited to try out the air fryer feature, especially since it said I wouldn't have to preheat and could cook stuff faster and healthier, but the thing is, the air fryer hasn't been working that great. My food isn't coming out as crispy as I hoped, and sometimes it's even a little undercooked, I tried to make Banana Bread which was super crispy outside and on the inside all mushy… always liked GE appliances, so I was hoping you guys could fix this. Maybe the oven needs repairs, or maybe you could offer a replacement or even a refund, please return to my inquiries.
