GE Appliance Refrigerator Malfunction And Customer Service Fiasco
Approximately 8 months back, I bought a fridge from GE Appliances. But for the last week, it's been super cold and freezing everything inside. Worried about the frost buildup, I reached out to GE's repair service. After being on hold for about 25 minutes, I finally got through to a customer service rep. After four days, a technician showed up and found a problem with the motherboard. They said a new one would have to be ordered, which might take a while. It's been 10 days since we couldn't use the fridge, and now they're saying it'll be at least another two weeks before the part comes. I'm really hoping for a faster solution, whether that's getting the item fixed quickly or receiving a new one. I'm not going to stay in this state of uncertainty any longer.
