Franke Solo frfd 6020 nf XS f refrigerator Malfunctioned 4 Times in 1.5 Years

Franke Solo frfd 6020 nf XS f refrigerator, purchased 1.5 years ago, has malfunctioned four times. Now, the technical service says the card needs to be replaced. Experiencing such frequent breakdowns and major issues like card replacement within 1.5 years is unacceptable. This doesn't befit a brand like Franke, and considering the high price, I don't believe it has justified its cost. I've never heard of such problems even with lower-tier brands in my circle. I'm deeply regretting my decision. Both the freezer and refrigerator are completely ruined, and everything inside has become trash. The constant leaks and the need to clean the inside of the refrigerator add insult to injury. Dealing with these recurring issues beyond the warranty period will not only incur additional expenses but also pose a continuous risk of perishables spoiling without a functioning refrigerator—a household essential. Therefore, I'm requesting a refund.
