Franke Dishwasher Racks Rusting After 4 Years, and Customer Service Delays Replacements
We bought Franke kitchen products for the house we moved into four years ago. However, after four years, we noticed that the wires of the dishwasher racks had peeled off, and rust was mixing with the washed items. We took pictures and sent them to Franke, but they claimed the fault was ours. Yet, we've used machines from other brands for years and never encountered such an issue. We decided not to dwell on it and thought we would resolve the matter as quickly as possible. The authorized service got in touch, quoted prices, and placed orders. However, it has been 1.5 months, and the top and bottom racks have not yet arrived. Every time I call, I’m met with excuses like, "It hasn't arrived yet, it will be here in two weeks, it's out of stock." We haven’t been able to use the dishwasher for 1.5 months. Is such a disgrace even possible? We chose this brand thinking it was high quality, but look at the treatment we received. We're being humiliated with our own money. I expect the problem to be resolved as soon as possible, and I will steer clear of Franke products from now on.
