The top of my Franke FFCB 620 refrigerator hasn't cooled for about 10 days. I called technical service on October 11, 2025, and a service request was created (product information and service form: 118.0544.323 IR20A4000277). The technician stated that the system was clogged and that the factory would be consulted. I was also told that I needed to either buy a new refrigerator or have it repaired for ₺39,000. The product's warranty has expired, but I cannot accept that such a major malfunction occurred in such a short time. I purchased my refrigerator from a dealer in Dudullu, Ümraniye. I am requesting a free repair from Franke, or at least a discounted repair. The fact that such a costly malfunction occurred in four years demonstrates that the Franke brand is not as reliable as it is known to be. I request that this grievance be resolved.
