I am Disappointed with Samsung Refrigerator Due to Recurring Breakdowns and Spoiled Food



I purchased a Samsung RF85K90127F model 4-door wardrobe-style refrigerator with the freezer slightly lowered. I invested a significant amount of money by thoroughly researching the market and making a single purchase. Now I struggle to find the right words to convey my deep regret to you. Ever since I made the purchase, this device has had the unfortunate habit of breaking down annually, leaving me no choice but to seek professional assistance for repairs. The condition of the freezer and refrigerator caused the meat and materials I stored for the winter and summer to spoil, resulting in a significant loss. I felt helpless when no one took responsibility for the expenses incurred due to the recurring issue of spoilage that occurs annually. It made me feel like a victim of this unreasonable problem. Unfortunately, both financially and morally, I was unable to remove and transfer them to a different refrigerator, resulting in all of them spoiling. I got rid of all the stuff I purchased. After purchasing what I believed to be a quality item at a high price, my experience compelled me to share it with you. When you make the purchase, you experience a year of pure bliss. It's a complete package, with everything conveniently placed. The freezer is conveniently located downstairs, eliminating the need to bend down. It accommodates all your items perfectly, allowing you to store pots and pans without the hassle of washing and shrinking. However, your joy is short-lived when you notice a distressing signal from the cabinet, indicating that everything inside has spoiled. After being away, I returned home only to be greeted by an unpleasant odor that filled the house. Oh no, everything is ruined! The meat has gone bad and the freezer has defrosted, causing a mess under the cabinets. It's hard to put into words the experience I had here, but try to imagine. Try to avoid experiencing it, if possible. I apologize for the delay in my response. Initially, I intended to write, but I was asked numerous questions and had to wait.
They came to my house for repair but couldn't find the cause; they said it might be a loose cable. There was a broken shelf inside the refrigerator and freezer, and I ordered it and asked for the price information. They still haven't figured out when the parts will arrive or the price of the parts. When I asked the technical team, they said they are waiting. Is it possible that a team cannot provide an answer for 4 days?
No one from Samsung called to help me with my problem. I unplugged it, and they came from the service for repair, but they couldn't find the cause and said it might be electronic. Now the bottom refrigerator has started not cooling again, and I realized everything is ruined when the color of the mantı changed. What happened remains as a loss to us; no one even called to request an inspection. Our money went to waste.
