Profilo Refrigerator Stopped Cooling After 1.5 Years and Warranty Won’t Cover It
My Profilo brand refrigerator does not cool even though I have had it for 1.5 years. I called the authorized service, and they said the gas is out, there is no gas leak, but it will not be covered under warranty. This explanation does not make sense, as a properly functioning refrigerator should not lose gas without a leak. I have always used the refrigerator according to the manufacturer’s instructions and have never encountered a similar issue with other brands. Unless there is a gas leak, no refrigerator should run out of gas in 1.5 years. If this is a common issue with Profilo refrigerators, it raises concerns about the product’s durability and quality. I request that the refrigerator be repaired or replaced with a new one free of charge.
