Fedex Failure Costed Me Big, Lack of Support, and Frustrating Customs Ordeal!

I bought a record from Germany. Unfortunately, I made a mistake and bought over 150 Euros. The plates came to customs with Fedex. After this point, I could not get proper support from Fedex Turkey. The customs broker they recommended only pushed things uphill from the very beginning. He requested a new invoice. Although the company in Germany declared that it could not issue such an invoice, the necessity of a new invoice was insisted on. I requested the return of the goods from Fedex Turkey. However, I still have not received a response. With the customs consultant I reached through my own efforts, I was able to withdraw the goods without any problems, but at a high cost. Responsible for this high cost is Fedex, which distracts me and is not interested.
