Fedex Demanded High Customs Fees For Order Return

On Wednesday, October 8, I purchased a product from the international brand Camden Remini. After the product arrived in Turkey via FedEx, I was informed during customs procedures that I would need to pay a high fee of ₺15,000 to receive it. Because of this, I chose to return the item instead, but an additional €300 fee was requested for the return process. I contacted FedEx customer service multiple times throughout this ordeal, but I only received responses every 3–4 days, and new charges kept being added each time. I have the order summary and made a payment of ₺2,930 for the delivery order via bank transfer. The process is being handled at the Istanbul Çatalca Customs Office, and this issue has been ongoing since November 17. I have never encountered such a situation before. I request that the product be returned to the brand and that the product cost be refunded to me. I kindly ask for this issue and the inconvenience I have suffered to be resolved as soon as possible.
