I Face Customs Delays on FedEx Express Due to Repeated ATR Document Errors

On June 16, our shipment arrived at Istanbul customs via FedEx Express from France. Since then, we have been unable to clear the shipment because FedEx has incorrectly prepared the ATR document three separate times. This repeated mistake has prevented us from completing customs clearance and severely impacted our business operations.

As a result, we are unable to issue our end-of-month sales invoices, and we are facing a significant VAT burden due to these delays. The only communication we receive from our FedEx contact is through brief emails saying, "We are discussing with France" or "We are trying to speed it up," with no concrete actions or solutions.

When we call the FedEx call center, they dismiss the issue by saying they cannot assist from their side. I even wanted to escalate the matter to the FedEx head office, but there is no phone number or contact point provided.

Having worked in supply chain management for over 30 years, I have never encountered such an unprofessional and dysfunctional process.

I explicitly request immediate correction of the ATR document, completion of the customs clearance process, and compensation for the financial losses and delays caused by FedEx's repeated mistakes.
