The Incompetence Of The Fanta Fest Ankara Organization

On Sunday, August 4, 2024, Fanta Fest in Ankara caused us misery rather than joy due to an incredibly bad organization. Let's start from the beginning: people were treated cruelly at the entrance. They kept us waiting for hours in the heat. Ticket checks, body and bag searches, and so on. We barely managed to get inside. They refused to let us in with our plastic water bottles. What? They were selling it. People even left the concert and stood in line for hours to get water. It's only water. Please explain to me the logic behind what happens if you give it in a plastic bottle. They say they have to serve it in a glass. It is forbidden. What are we going to do with plastic bottles? Are we going to kill people? You filled them with glasses and kept people waiting, driving them insane. Our children cried from thirst. I'm not writing this for irony. They actually did. You have victimized people to this extent, particularly the incompetent organizers of Fanta Fest! The lines at the food courts and the market were already long. We wanted to eat, but we'd rather go hungry than wait in line. Because it is not permitted to bring water or food inside. Okay, I understand it is forbidden, but why didn't you set up more stands for people to use? Why couldn't you come up with a better way to distribute water? I swear, even a normal person who knows nothing about organization could have organized a more successful event than you did. People had to wait in line for minutes just to use the restroom. The parking situation was also an absolute nightmare. Even though I left the concert early, leaving the parking lot was torture. In short, the officials who organized Fanta Fest failed in my opinion. I hope they can understand what it means to leave people thirsty by experiencing thirst themselves. I also swear that I will never again attend this event that is incapable of distributing even a glass of water (don't get me wrong, everyone was willing to pay more than the fee). Please share this with anyone who reads it and their friends and family. I hope everyone who is willing to stand in line for two hours to get a glass of water in this summer heat has a good time.
