Amazon Cancelled My Order but Has Not Issued a Refund

I placed an order on Amazon.com on 16 September 2026 for a Veikk VK640 6x4" 6 Shortcut Key Graphic Tablet + Pen with order number 403-7381047-8791526. Later, this order was cancelled; the product was never delivered, and my money has still not been refunded. Since 16.09.2026 I have been waiting for the refund, but the payment has not been returned to my account despite the order being cancelled and no product being sent. I kindly request that my payment for this cancelled order be urgently refunded to my account and that I be informed in writing about the process and the date on which the refund is completed.
