Pegasus Flight Delays and Poor Service on AYT-ESB Route
My Antalya (AYT) to Ankara (ESB) flight on July 10, 2024, experienced three delays on July 14, 2024. The flight, originally scheduled for 22:55, was postponed to 23:35, then to 00:10, and finally to 00:40. During this time, Pegasus provided only cold beverages in the freezing airport, with no hot drinks or food, highlighting their poor service quality. The plane, supposed to arrive in Ankara by midnight, did not land until 02:19, causing significant inconvenience to many passengers. If I'm only going to get a cup of water and a snack on the plane, I might as well take a bus for a fraction of the cost. If I arrive home at the same time, why should I pay 2-3 times more for a flight? I will never use Pegasus again, nor will I recommend it to others.
