Burger King Delivery Delay and Unresolved Refund Issue




On April 30, 2024, at 9:40 p.m., I ordered dinner from the Burger King store in Ankara Yenimahalle using the Getir app. (I ordered the dinner for my child, who required medication, which is a distinct source of distress). Due to Getir and Burger King's recklessness, they kept me waiting till 1:00 AM, falsely claiming that my dinner was on the way. My toddler fell asleep without taking the prescription or eating the meal. Furthermore, despite listing the delivery as complete, Getir and Burger King refused to return my money. If they had reimbursed, I would not have gone to all of this hassle, but I will not remain silent about openly stealing our money. I will launch a lawsuit against both Getir and the Burger King location. Everyone involved in this carelessness must bear the consequences. See you in court...
