Europcar Rental Issue and Delayed Refund After Denied Vehicle Pickup

I booked a rental car with Europcar for my October 27 trip, paying in advance and using a Turkcell Platinum discount. I was confident that everything was set, but upon arriving at the airport, I was told that I needed to provide a Findeks credit report. With a score over 1600, I didn't anticipate any issues. However, they still refused to give me the car, citing vague reasons. It's now been over a week, and I haven’t received my refund. This entire experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Europcar, please process my refund promptly and improve your customer service to prevent similar issues for others.
