I rented a car through eDreams, but when I arrived at the rental office, I was told my Findeks report was not suitable, and they refused to provide the car. I reached out to eDreams to request a refund, but they denied it outright.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. eDreams' refusal to take responsibility or provide a solution shows a lack of customer care. I hope others read about my experience and think twice before booking rentals, flights, or any services with this company, no matter how appealing the prices may seem. eDreams, I demand a full refund and a resolution to this issue immediately.
