My Car Rental Booking Rejected Due to Findeks Score—Requesting Refund from eDreams

I made a car rental booking through the eDreams app, and during the booking process, there was no indication that a Findeks credit score check would be required. However, when I went to the rental company's office, they checked my Findeks score on the spot and denied my rental. This is a clear inconvenience and miscommunication! If a credit score check is a requirement, it should be done during the booking process, not after the reservation is confirmed. This lack of transparency has caused unnecessary hassle and frustration.
I am requesting a full refund for my reservation due to this issue. I have tried calling and messaging eDreams, but I can't get through to anyone for assistance. Please address this matter urgently and process my refund promptly. It's unfair to put customers through such an ordeal without clear information upfront.
