Rentalcars.com Charged Me for a Canceled Car Rental and Won’t Refund My Money
I booked and fully paid for a rental car through Rentalcars.com, which partners with Booking.com. But when I arrived at the rental office, they ran a Findeks credit check—even though my score is 1495, with no debts or issues, they still refused to give me the car. The reservation was canceled on their end, yet Rentalcars.com kept my three-day payment and refused to issue a refund! This is completely unfair, as the cancellation was not my fault. To make matters worse, their customer service is impossible to reach—no one answers the phone, and they only reply to emails with poorly translated responses. I need my money back!
