But when I arrived at the rental office, they ran a Findeks credit check—even though my score is 1495, with no debts or issues, they still refused to give me the car. The reservation was canceled on their end, yet Rentalcars.com kept my three-day payment and refused to issue a refund! This is completely unfair, as the cancellation was not my fault.
