I booked a rental car through eDreams after being redirected from Skyscanner, trusting the process would be smooth. However, when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I was informed that my Findeks credit score was too low to proceed with the rental. This was never made clear during the booking process, and I was not warned that credit scoring would impact my ability to collect the vehicle.

Naturally, I went to the eDreams website to cancel the reservation and request a refund. Despite following all the steps and instructions provided, the cancellation would not go through, and I was left without a car and out of pocket.

I am now demanding a full refund for this failed rental. The reservation code is TR159380170. eDreams should take responsibility for making the credit check policy clearer and ensuring that customers can cancel when the rental can't be fulfilled.
