Carjet Refuses Rental After Payment – Won’t Refund Due to Findeks Score
I booked a rental with Carjet, made the advance payment, and went to pick up the vehicle, only to be told that they wouldn’t provide the car due to my Findeks score. Despite not receiving the car, they are refusing to refund my payment. It’s incredibly frustrating that I am left without a rental and out the money I paid upfront. Carjet has no reliable contact number or communication channel to resolve this issue, leaving me with no recourse but to consider filing a complaint. Carjet, I demand an immediate refund and a fair resolution to this situation.
