Empori Armani Boots Leak After Two Wears - Dispute Over Warranty

I bought Armani boots with Gore-Tex soles and studs from the Armani store at Nişantaşı City's mall in Istanbul, as seen in the image. I only wore the boots twice. During a rainfall a month ago, I observed that my boots collected an incredible amount of water. I returned the boots to the Armani store in the City's mall for inspection. The staff confirmed that the footwear still looked new. When I purchased the boots, I inquired whether they had any experience with studded boots, as walking in such shoes can cause the studs to apply pressure on the sole, resulting in quick punctures. I bought the boots because I trusted the Armani brand. However, I received comments indicating that necessary maintenance was not performed and that the boots were overused. I sent the boots for a second inspection. The first inspection took place on December 15, 2023. I dealt with delaying tactics for a month. I feel they are attempting to extend the one-year warranty duration of the purchased product. I found out from multiple manufacturers that the boots were defective. I have videos from when the goods were delivered to the store. I will not tolerate any purposeful or unintentional damages caused during the examination since I do not trust them. I expect this error to be corrected and a quick resolution before going to Consumer Court.
