Lancome Turkey Refund My Money

On 19 October 2026 I placed an order with Lancôme Turkey for the 2026 advent calendar in the amount of 18,000 TL, with order number LACD025448. On 20 October I called customer service and canceled this order by phone. During the same call I was clearly informed that my refund of 18,000 TL had been processed to my Garanti Bank account on 20 October. Since then I have repeatedly checked my Garanti Bank account and card movements and there is no refund for this transaction, nor is there any pending or expected refund shown. I have called your customer service many times from the number 0850 211 98 **, and each time I was told that the refund was made. I requested that they at least send me the refund slip or document proving the refund, but to this day I have not received any response or document. I request that my 18,000 TL payment for the canceled advent calendar order LACD025448 be urgently and correctly refunded to my Garanti Bank card, and that written confirmation of this refund be shared with me without further delay.
