Hello, I bought boots from the City's İçerenköy Camper store and only wore them about 10 times over 1.5 months—not even every day. The inner back part of the boot wounded my foot because the fabric came apart, exposing a hard material inside that caused pain. I took the boots back to the store for a return or exchange, but they told me the store would soon be closing and advised me to visit their Akasya Shopping Mall branch instead. I went there, and the boots were sent for inspection. Later, they called to say my request was denied, claiming "user error." I responded by saying I had only worn the boots a few times over a short period—how could it possibly be my fault? They just said they didn’t know and showed little interest in helping. I don't think it’s a coincidence that the İçerenköy store was closing. A brand that doesn’t care about customer satisfaction and fails to offer solutions will struggle to survive in today’s market. I will never shop from this brand again and will share my experience with everyone I know to help prevent others from going through the same.
