Match Masters Player Rigged Against Overpowered Bots After $57 Booster Purchase

Yesterday, I purchased a large booster worth $57 (2,000 TRY) in the game Match Masters via my Vodafone mobile line. I have the payment receipt, and the transaction was completed smoothly.

However, immediately after this purchase—not even an hour later—I was repeatedly matched against bot accounts using large boosters for about 40 consecutive rounds and was forced to lose every time. I was unable to benefit fairly from the boosters I bought, and I believe the system intentionally paired me with overpowered bots to make me lose. I believe this is a major unfairness and a practice that victimizes users.

To resolve my grievance, I request that the purchased boosters be re-credited to my account under fair matchmaking conditions, or if possible, that the $57 (2,000 TRY) payment be refunded to me. If necessary, I can provide the Vodafone payment receipt and in-game screenshots to authorities.
