I bought a Dyson v10 upright vacuum cleaner on 15.11.2022 and on 15.12.2023 I reported the sounds coming from the pipe connections of the lower head of my vacuum cleaner to the Dyson customer service WhatsApp line. I requested a spare part, saying that it could break during the warranty period. Customer service said that it would not break and that it would be helped if it did. The brand was already a reason for me to choose it due to customer satisfaction, but on 17.04.2025, the place between the wheels of the lower vacuum cleaner head broke and I was told by customer service that the warranty had expired and that I would buy a new head for ₺2,500 and that there was no obstacle to use. Despite sharing a picture, we cannot use the device at home due to my young child's allergies. All the dust drawn in goes back into the house. While it was previously said that help would be provided if it broke, now they are trying to sell it for money. Dyson is a regret. Dyson never got back to me despite my request for a return and I will send an e-mail to the Dyson center abroad, while there are so many brands, Dyson has become a regret for me. I will write about this incident on every platform, including social media. It is not a problem to buy a part, but why would I buy a Dyson after this incident.

When I filed a complaint on 17.04.2025, I was told that Dyson customer service would get back to me, but unfortunately, I did not receive any response at all. Apparently, customer satisfaction does not matter to Dyson. Thank you for showing your true brand face.

I spoke with Dyson customer service, but the team evaluating this complaint does not understand, even though I wrote in the WhatsApp conversation that it is under warranty and they said they would replace the part even if it breaks outside of warranty. They insist on not replacing it. They say it will be replaced for a fee. As a last resort, I will try to reach the Dyson CEO via social media. Dyson can no longer enter our home.
