Gamepower Kizaru Headset Metal Frame Breaks Off During Normal Removal

I purchased my Gamepower Kizaru model headset approximately 4 years ago on Trendyol. I have used the product regularly for gaming, listening to music, and watching movies. Recently, while removing the headset from my head, I noticed that the right side broke near the ear pad area at the metal piece. Despite no impact, drop, or excessive force, this section broke while I was simply taking the headset off. Both sides of the headset are still in working order, but the right side has separated from its metal piece.

Additionally, severe peeling and wear have developed on the ear pads. Due to both the structural breakage and the pad deformation, I can no longer use the product comfortably or safely.

I am requesting repair support from Gamepower for the broken section of my headset. Furthermore, I kindly ask for the ear pads to be evaluated and replaced if possible, or for assistance regarding this matter. For a product I have used for a long time, I expect the brand to stand behind its product and offer me a solution.
