Gamepower Ogre Rainbow Keyboard Suffers Chronic Key Press Failure and Unresolved Repairs

I purchased my Gamepower Ogre Rainbow Blue Switch gaming keyboard through İncehesap. From the very first day I received the product, all of the keys work intermittently—sometimes they register, and sometimes they fail to register at all—which creates severe issues during gaming and typing. The issue is not temporary; it has continued in the exact same way for a long time.

To resolve the problem with the keyboard, I sent the product for warranty service 3 to 4 times. Despite this, every time I sent it in, the issue was either treated as non-existent or the product was returned to me without providing a permanent fix, and the exact same defect persisted.

Because the issue remains unresolved despite going through the service process repeatedly, I want my grievance to be permanently resolved. I demand that my keyboard be replaced with a brand-new, fully functional unit, or properly repaired to render it completely defect-free.
