I encountered a significant issue with my robot vacuum purchased in May 2023. Although the faulty unit was replaced with a brand new one, within just 7 months, one of the two vacuums it contains has all its brushes broken. When I contacted technical support, they informed me that the warranty had expired and the product was sold for around 650 ₺. It's baffling how a brand-new product of just 7 months could have this issue, especially when my previous unit had no brush problems until it malfunctioned. I can't comprehend how all the brushes could break within this short timeframe. Considering the age of the product and the fact that one brush is still intact, I request the free replacement of this brush assembly.

I contacted you through your number 0850 222 4050. I understood that you could not take responsibility for the product you delivered brand new 7 months ago. It was stated that the warranty had expired and that this was the procedure. While conveying the issue, I had already mentioned that the warranty had expired and that there was such a problem with the new device you provided. You called just to call. I did not request a new product or a refund from you. I requested the brush. How is it that the brushes of my old device, which I delivered to you, remained intact for 2 years in the same house and among the same items? Was there a problem with the quality of the new device you provided?
