Gamepower Jin Rainbow 7.1 Headset Ear Pads Flake and Fall Apart

I purchased my Gamepower Jin Rainbow 7.1 headset online approximately 3–4 years ago. For the past year, I have been experiencing severe wear and peeling on the ear pads. The pads are literally falling apart and flaking off, which has significantly compromised the product's comfort.

There are no issues with the headset itself, including the audio or microphone, but I am disappointed that the ear pads deteriorated so heavily and quickly. I would like to continue using the headset, but in its current state, it is both uncomfortable and impractical for daily use.

I request Gamepower to provide replacement ear pads for this model or offer a helpful solution regarding this issue.
