Fastformation.co Takes $500 for ITIN Service and Ignored All Communication

In January, I paid a total of $500 via credit card and bank transfer to Fastformation.co for ITIN acquisition and tax refund application services. Although I was told that the process would be completed around April or May and that I would be updated, a long time has passed and I have received no follow-up whatsoever.

Because they conduct all communication via WhatsApp, despite messaging them repeatedly on the same line, none of my messages have been answered for about a month, and my calls go unreturned. Since no customer ID or reference number was ever provided, I currently cannot access any clear information regarding my application status or my payment.

I demand clarification on the status of the $500 I paid, clear written documentation regarding my ITIN and tax refund application process, or a full refund of my money if no work was performed.
